- Komite Etik Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi bakal mengumumkan hasil
investigasi bocornya surat perintah penyidikan terhadap tersangka
gratifikasi proyek Hambalang, Anas Urbaningrum, hari ini.
Pengumuman
Komite ini akan mengungkap benar-tidaknya ada keterlibatan unsur
pimpinan KPK dalam kebocoran ini. "Insya Allah hari ini," ujar Ketua
Komite Etik Anis Baswedan lewat pesan pendek kepada
Tempo, Rabu, 3 April 2013.
Anis tidak menjelaskan lebih lanjut soal materi yang akan dipaparkan
nanti. Yang jelas, ujar dia, Komite Etik akan membeberkan benar atau
tidaknya keterlibatan seseorang atau lebih unsur pimpinan dalam kasus
bocornya sprindik Anas. Kesimpulan itu sejalan dengan tujuan pembentukan
Komite Etik, yakni menelusuri dugaan keterlibatan unsur pimpinan
berdasarkan temuan pengawas internal.
Surat perintah
penyidikan Anas Urbaningrum sebagai tersangka proyek Hambalang beredar
di media massa beberapa waktu lalu. Surat itu diteken Ketua KPK Abraham
Samad. Pimpinan KPK kemudian sepakat membentuk tim investigasi untuk
mengusut pembocor dokumen.
Dari hasil investigasi ini nanti,
Komite Etik akan menyimpulkan rekomendasi untuk pimpinan KPK.
Rekomendasi ini hanya bersifat etik, sedangkan keputusan sanksi
diserahkan kepada jajaran pimpinan KPK.
