REPUBLIKA.CO.ID, JAKARTA -- Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) siap
menjalankan aturan Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) terkait keharusan partai
mempunyai calon legislatif perempuan di semua tingkat parlemen.
"Secara prinsip kami siap, bahkan tahun lalu dan sejak Pemilu 2004
sampai 2009 kami bisa penuhi 34-35 persen. Bagi kami tak masalah," kata
Ketua Fraksi PKS Hidayat Nur Wahid, di Komplek Parlemen Senayan,
Jakarta, Senin (1/4).
Akan tetapi, dia tidak yakin semua partai politik bisa menjalankan
aturan itu karena saat ini tidak semua partai memiliki cukup banyak
kader perempuan.
"Saya khawatir parpol yang tak mampu memenuhi syarat itu akan
menggugat KPU, sehingga KPU tidak bisa konsentrasi dalam menjalankan
tugasnya," kata mantan Presiden PKS itu.
Pasal 24 dalam Peraturan KPU No. 7/2013 tentang Pencalonan Anggota
DPR, DPRD Provinsi, DPRD Kabupaten/Kota antara lain menyebutkan bahwa
jumlah dan prosentase keterwakilan perempuan paling sedikit 30 persen
untuk setiap daerah pemilihan.
