JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com — Partai Keadilan Sejahtera
menyatakan bahwa tidak semua mobil yang dibawa oleh penyidik Komisi
Pemberantasan Korupsi dari kantor DPP PKS milik mantan Presiden PKS,
Luthfi Hasan Ishaaq.
Setelah gagal menyita mobil-mobil milik
Luthfi di DPP PKS, hari ini penyidik KPK menyita enam mobil dari kantor
DPP PKS di Jalan TB Simatupang, Jakarta Selatan. Ketua Bidang Humas DPP
PKS Mardhani Ali Sera mengatakan, hanya dua mobil yang merupakan mobil
milik Luthfi Hasan Ishaaq dan satu milik DPP PKS. Adapun tiga mobil
lainnya milik kader PKS yang lain.
"Yang jelas punya Pak Luthfi
cuma dua. Mengenai rincian mobil, nanti akan kita buat rilis dalam
perjumpaan berikutnya untuk mengecek kesesuaian dan membuktikan mana
yang punya Pak Luthfi dan mana yang punya DPP," kata Mardhani di Kantor
DPP PKS, Rabu (15/5/2013).
Mardhani mengatakan, mobil-mobil
operasional PKS memang banyak yang menggunakan milik pribadi para kader.
Hal itu menyebabkan banyak kader terbiasa menyimpan mobilnya di kantor
DPP PKS. "Yang jelas di DPP berlaku apa yang bisa kita berikan. Jadi
kita tidak pernah mempersiapkan mobil milik siapa," ujar Mardhani.
Enam
mobil yang disita KPK itu diduga terkait kasus dugaan korupsi dan
tindak pidana pencucian uang yang menjerat Luthfi. Penyitaan itu sempat
tertunda beberapa hari karena kader PKS menghalang-halangi penyidik
dalam penyitaan pekan lalu.
KPK membawa keenam mobil tersebut pada
hari ini sekitar pukul 14.15 WIB. Penyidik KPK datang sekitar pukul
11.30 WIB dengan tujuh mobil didampingi 10 anggota Brimob dari Polda
Metro Jaya.
