Jakarta - Transparency International Indonesia merilis
indeks transparansi pendanaan parpol. PKS digolongkan sebagai partai tak
kooperatif sehingga tak bisa disurvey. Presiden PKS menganggap survey
itu sebagai perang urat saraf.
"Saya kira itu psy war. Yes, you
can say that," ucap Presiden PKS Anis Matta usai jumpa pers di Restoran
Al Jazeera, Jl Raden Saleh, Jakarta Pusat, Selasa (16/4/2013) malam.
Anis
menengarai lembaga survei yang memojokkan partainya guna kepentingan
kampanye parpol tertentu. Menurutnya, TII harus bisa bersikap lebih
imparsial.
"Lembaga independen, agar kredibiltasnya tetap terjaga, sebaiknya tidak bekerja untuk parpol tertentu," tanggapnya menyarankan.
Anis
menyatakan TII belum berkomunikasi dengan partainya. Maka dirinya
bertanya-tanya bagaimana bisa TII menyimpulkan PKS sebagai partai yang
kurang kooperatif dalam transparansi pendanaan.
"Tidak pernah
kita berkomunikasi dengan mereka, sampai sekarang. Makanya saya heran,
kok bisa bilang begitu. Kalau dia pernah nanya kita terus tidak dikasih
akses, itu lain cerita," tuturnya.
Untuk transparansi anggaran
ditubuh PKS, Anis mengaku sudah bekerjasama dengan akuntan publik.
Dengan demikian, menurutnya, pendanaan partai bisa dijamin keabsahannya.
"Pemeriksaan keuangan, kita kan pakai akuntan publik," pungkasnya.
TII
berhasil mensurvei lima parpol, yaitu Gerindra, PAN, PDIP, PKB, dan
Hanura. Di luar lima parpol itu, TII tidak melanjutkan survei karena
dinilai tidak cukup kooperatif.
Partai kurang kooperatif, yaitu
PKS dan Demokrat. Sementara yang tidak kooperatif adalah Golkar, sama
sekali tidak membuka komunikasi dengan TII," ucap peneliti TII Putut
Aryo Saputro pada Selasa (16/4) siang.
Sementara itu, PPP hanya sebatas membuka diri untuk audiensi. TII tidak melanjutkan surveinya terhadap PPP.
